1:1 Nutrition Counseling Sessions

Individual Initial Consultation

60–75 minute telehealth session

  • Take a comprehensive look at your nutrition history, fueling patterns, training demands, and relationship with food

  • Clarify current challenges, goals, and what “success” looks like for you (whether that’s health, performance, or both)

  • Collaboratively develop an individualized, weight-neutral nutrition strategy focused on sustainable behavior change, adequate fueling, and long-term support

Investment:
Initial sessions for clients using insurance benefits through Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare are often covered at 100% with no copay, depending on your plan.

Same-day cash rate for private pay clients: $200

​​​​

Individual Follow Up Sessions

45–60 minute telehealth session

  • Review progress, assess what’s working, and adjust strategies as needed

  • Identify and problem-solve barriers to consistency, fueling, or recovery

  • Receive continued education, accountability, and support to reinforce sustainable nutrition behaviors

Investment:

Follow-up sessions for clients using insurance benefits through Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare are often covered at 100% with no copay (number of sessions covered varies by plan).

​​

Same-day cash rate for private pay clients: $150

​

​4 Session Private Pay Package

  • Highly recommended for lasting behavior change

  • One comprehensive initial consultation with individualized nutrition strategy

  • Three 1:1 follow-up sessions to build consistency, troubleshoot challenges, and support long-term progress

  • Sessions may be used at your own pace

Investment:

$550 (a savings of $100 versus purchasing individually!)

Consulting & Group Education

As a sports, performance, and eating disorder dietitian, I partner with sports teams, gyms, fitness centers, schools, church groups, and community organizations to build a culture of performance and well-being.

From fueling for training and competition to recognizing the warning signs of under-fueling and disordered eating, my approach combines evidence-based sports nutrition with a non-diet, weight-inclusive philosophy.
