1:1 Nutrition Counseling
Initial consults are 60-75 minutes in length and give an extensive overview of your current challenges as well as what you are hoping to gain from working with a dietitian. Follow-ups are 45-60 minutes in length. We will evaluate progress towards nutrition goals and make adjustments to the nutrition plan as needed.
Insurance Now Accepted!
I am currently in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare. Many insurance companies cover preventative services up to 100% - meaning you can see me for 1:1 nutrition services with no out of pocket cost to you! If you owe a co-pay or deductible, I will automatically bill your card on file. If I am out of network with your insurance and for those without insurance, I offer a reduced same-day cash pay rate of $150 for an Initial Consult and $120 for a Follow Up. I can provide you with a super bill to give to your insurance for possible reimbursement. It is the client's responsibility to verify insurance coverage before the first appointment. I will guide you through this process when you book a session!
